The Nanny Joynt is so excited to partner once again with one of the most loving, active Arcadia Family seeking two reliable, career nannies to care primarily for their two older children, with some lighter support for their baby. This family already employs a dedicated full-time baby nanny placed by The Nanny Joynt, so their ideal new hire(s) are collaborative team players who thrive in a supportive, well-run home. Above all, this family is looking for consistency and dependability, someone who shows up, communicates honestly, and is genuinely excited to be part of their children’s lives.
About the Family
Children:
Boy, age 5 – Sweet, kind, and loving. Loves the outdoors, drawing, swinging, building towers, and reading.
Girl, age 3 – A happy, busy toddler who naps midday and loves to play, explore, and be outside.
Baby Girl – Born January 2026. Mainly cared for by a dedicated full-time weekday nanny, so she is not the main focus of this role.
Parents: Mom is home full-time and very involved in the children’s daily lives. Dad works outside the home.
Pets: One sweet Goldendoodle, who spends most of her time with Mom. Limited pet care required.
This is a team-minded household where nannies are treated with respect and truly considered part of the family. The home is calm and well-organized, with a chef twice a week and a housecleaner already in place, so this role stays focused on the children rather than the house.
