Location: Williams Field Rd & Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Reference Code: TNJFT2285
Term: Long Term
Required: Current Tdap and MMR vaccinations required; annual flu vaccination preferred

East Valley nannies, this one is for you!

The Nanny Joynt is partnering with a wonderful family in Gilbert looking for an experienced, full-time career nanny to care for their three children, ages 3 months, 3 years, and 5 years. The primary focus will be their infant daughter and three-year-old, who attends preschool three mornings per week. Their oldest is in full-day kindergarten, so his care will primarily involve morning routines, school transportation, and school breaks.

This family knows the value of a great nanny! They’ve had just two nannies since becoming parents, including one who stayed with them for five years. With their current nanny relocating, they’re hoping to find another experienced professional who will become part of their family for years to come.

About the Family

The Children

Infant Daughter, 3 Months Old

  • Sweet, calm, and easygoing! She takes bottles of breast milk well and loves tummy time.
  • The family is working toward a consistent nap schedule and plans to begin sleep training around 5 months. They would love a nanny who can help support these transitions.

Daughter, Just Turned 3

  • A sweet and spirited three-year-old who loves preschool, asks lots of questions, and is becoming more independent every day.
  • Attends preschool Tuesday through Thursday, approximately 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. She’s home all day Monday and Friday and spends afternoons with the nanny after preschool.

Son, 5 Years Old (Turning 6 in January)

  • A happy, imaginative little boy who loves learning, building with blocks, playing with trains and dinosaurs, and exploring new topics.
  • Attends full-day kindergarten Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. He will also be home during school breaks and portions of the summer.

The Parents

Both parents work East Coast hours with hybrid schedules. They typically begin working around 7:00 AM and may be home for part of the morning before heading into the office.

They are experienced nanny employers who appreciate having someone they can trust to manage the children’s day independently. They value a warm, collaborative relationship and see their nanny as an important part of raising their children.

The Pets

The family has a mellow, 15-year-old Chihuahua-Pug mix who weighs approximately 10 pounds. She spends most of her day sleeping and only needs to be let in and out occasionally.
