After much research, I chose The Nanny Joynt to assist me in finding a new nanny family. They have high expectations for the minimum requirements from the nannies they choose to work with and they have a very thorough vetting process. Trisha does a home meeting with her families in order to get the best understanding of their wants and needs, their home life environment, and their personality. This serves as a huge help when she is helping assist in finding the perfect nanny for that family. I adored the family I interviewed with and the feeling must have been mutual because they relayed to Trisha that I was their top candidate. I am now very happily employed by that family and working side by side with the parents to help raise their adorable and smart son. I am so glad I chose to go through the Nanny Joynt.

I had a great experience with the Nanny Joynt. The thing that stood out to me the most was how well they listened and how many questions Trisha asked. This really made me feel (know) that she genuinely cares and is looking for a fit for OUR family. Communication is everything and when it comes to making such a critical decision as choosing someone to be responsible for the well-being of your children, you want someone who "gets" it and takes the time to really understand what you want. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

I've been so impressed with TNJ! We hired 3 agencies (talked to a total of 4) and Trisha was the only one to come to our home for our interview/discussion. She was very kind, informative and incredibly thorough, making sure she had a clear understanding of what we were looking for in a nanny. Her job posting was so great, I wanted to apply! The applicants she sent to us had very detailed profiles and I was able to get a good sense of them even before meeting or talking to them. They ALL embodied what we were looking for. I would solely work with The Nanny Joynt again without question and highly recommend them to anyone in search of a nanny!
