This one is for the career nanny who truly loves infants, stays calm when two babies need something at the same time, and wants four long days with a full weekday off every week!
The Nanny Joynt is partnering with a warm, down-to-earth family in Ahwatukee Foothills looking for an experienced Professional Nanny to care for their adorable infant twins. Mom is an emergency medicine physician and Dad works from home about half the week, so this household runs on flexibility, communication, and a go-with-the-flow approach rather than rigid structure.
The family has been clear about what matters most to them: the babies come first, and reliability is everything. They’re not looking for a housekeeper or household manager. They’re looking for someone steady, engaged, and genuinely wonderful with infants who wants to become a trusted part of their family for years to come.
About the Family
The Children
Infant Twins, Boy and Girl, Born October 2026
- The twins will be approximately three months old when the position begins. Both were born full-term, with no NICU stay or health concerns.
- They are fed primarily pumped breast milk with occasional formula, and the family currently tandem feeds to keep them on a similar rhythm.
- Mom plans to have a loose daily schedule in place by January, but nothing overly rigid. The nanny should be comfortable following the babies’ individual needs and adjusting as they grow.
- The family values hands-on, engaged care, including tummy time, reading, music, sensory activities, and age-appropriate developmental play.
Daughter, 2 Years Old
- She attends daycare approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with both parents handling drop-off and pickup.
- This position is exclusively for the twins, with no childcare responsibilities for their older sister.
The Parents
- Mom is an emergency medicine physician returning from maternity leave in January. Her schedule rotates and is released anywhere from a few weeks to a few months in advance. She may be home and asleep during the day or home and awake while the nanny works.
- Dad returns to work in November and will work from home roughly half of the week in a dedicated home office. He keeps reliable hours and is consistently home by 5:30 PM.
The Pets
- Two very mellow dogs. One is a senior who sleeps most of the day. The other is a large 80-pound four-year-old who is gentle and wonderful with the babies. Both use a dog door and require no care beyond closing the dog door when yard service comes.
