Overview:
This wonderful, warm, and active Christian family is seeking an exceptional full-time nanny to help care for their three daughters. Their 3-year-old is talkative, social, and bright. She’s developmentally advanced in her language skills and thrives in interactive environments. She enjoys music, swimming, and is very active and independent. The older girls will attend school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be enrolled in dance and gymnastics soon. Their one-year-old is full of personality and energy! She is outgoing and vocal and loves music and dancing. She’s eager to play with her older sister and enjoys being part of the action. Baby girl number 3 is due in November! With three children under the age of three, the family is looking for someone who will truly be an extension of mom, offering nurturing, reliable, and proactive support throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be experienced with infants and toddlers, very active, and organized, with a positive attitude, and have professional boundaries.
 

This family values structure and consistency, but also understands that flexibility is essential when caring for young children. They would love someone maternal, laid-back, fun, and professional who brings strong communication and teaching experience. A nanny who understands how to set healthy boundaries with love and maintain a clean, organized, and joyful environment will thrive in this home.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Tuesday & Thursday 6 flexible hours per day
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $30 per hour DOE
• Benefits: Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, guaranteed hours, paid mileage
• Additional: Occasional Saturday date nights and some travel or overnights required. Summer travel to Idaho is expected.

Responsibilities:

Childcare Responsibilities:

• Provide loving, hands-on care for three children under the age of three
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate, creative activities that support development and follow The Nanny Joynt Curriculum
• Transport the girls to and from school, dance, gymnastics, and other activities (a safe and reliable vehicle required)
• Prepare and serve healthy breakfasts, meals, and snacks with a focus on whole, organic foods
• Support potty training and supervise all activities with safety in mind
• Supervise children in the pool and accompany them on outings (e.g., aquarium visits)
• Create a structured, yet flexible routine for play, learning, and rest
• Respect family rules around boundaries, screen time, and household expectations
  

Household Responsibilities:

• Kid-related laundry and linens
• Daily kitchen tasks: load/unload dishwasher, keep pantry and fridge clean and organized
• Keep kids’ rooms and play areas clean, organized, and rotate toys as needed
• Maintain clothing organization by season and size
• Prepare for the arrival of the new baby (help with nursery, baby supplies, etc.)
• Assist with parties, school paperwork, and all kid-related organization
• Run errands, organize mail, and help with occasional office tasks and business projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Gmail is highly preferred
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with infants and toddlers
• Must be active, able to lift a stroller, and engage in outdoor play
• Teaching background or experience preferred
• Christian values strongly prefer to align with family
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified
• Must be a confident swimmer and comfortable supervising children in the pool
• Safe and reliable vehicle for transporting children
• Comfortable with a dog (Mini Aussie) and an indoor cat
• Respect for privacy and the family’s values
