Are you a skilled and proactive Nanny/Household Manager who creates a calm and organized environment? This kind and loving family seeks a professional and experienced individual to care for their baby who was born February 2025! If you are intuitive, proactive, grounded, and have a strong understanding of early developmental milestones, this could be the perfect role for you. Recent infant care experience is required to apply for this position, as well as, household management skills and experience. 

Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: $28–$32/hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed.
• Additional Needs: Occasional travel and overnights may be requested in the future
• Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Childcare:
  • Providing nurturing care for the baby, ensuring he is loved and well cared for.
  • Keeping the baby on a consistent and healthy schedule.
  • Supporting the baby’s early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
  • Bringing the baby to the office for family visits (the office is 2-3 miles from the house).
• Household Management:
  • Preparing healthy meals for the family. Creating a meal plan and recipies.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy household.
  • Family laundry, washing, drying, folding, and putting away.
  • Managing vendors for household/family maintenance and related activities (repairs, hosting, etc).
  • Running errands, grocery shopping, meal planning.
  • Proactively identifying and completing household tasks, including general upkeep.
  • Managing the household ensuring smooth daily operations.
