Are you an experienced nanny looking for a flexible, long-term part-time position with a wonderful family? If you love working with young children, appreciate consistent guaranteed hours with some flexibility, and are hoping to build a lasting relationship with a family, this could be a great opportunity!
The family has enjoyed a wonderful relationship with their current Nanny Joynt nanny for over two years and is hoping to find another great fit for their two young children. They value consistency, positive energy, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a family’s daily routine.
One of the biggest perks of this position is the flexibility! The family is open to discussing different days and hours for the right candidate. Additional weekday, evening, and weekend hours may also be available!
About the Family
The Children
Daughter, 3 Years Old
- Imaginative, musical, and full of personality! She loves dress-up, pretend play, and singing on her karaoke machine.
- Very articulate for her age and thrives with consistent routines and clear expectations.
- Attends preschool Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:45 PM.
Son, 17 Months Old
- A happy, easygoing little guy who loves being included in whatever is happening around him.
- Currently babbling, exploring, and getting close to walking!
- He is expected to begin a twice-weekly morning school program in fall 2027, so future schedule adjustments may be discussed once his school days are confirmed.
The Parents
Mom sets her own flexible schedule and is frequently in and out of the home. She enjoys being involved in school pickups, activities, and outings and is looking for someone who can work alongside her while confidently taking the lead with childcare when needed.
Dad works outside the home during regular business hours.
The family is warm, communicative, and very routine-oriented. They maintain a clean, organized home and appreciate someone who respects their established routines, parenting preferences, and expectations.
The Family Dog
A genuine love for small dogs is a MUST!
The family has an adorable, approximately 7-pound lap dog who loves to cuddle, follow her people around, and be included throughout the day.
- Provide leashed potty breaks approximately every couple of hours.
- Be extremely mindful of door safety and ensure the dog never slips outside unattended.
The family is looking for someone who truly enjoys small dogs, not simply someone who tolerates them!
