The Nanny Joynt is partnering with a family seeking a warm, dependable, and proactive part-time nanny to support their home and provide consistent, high-quality care during an important season.

This is an ideal role for a nanny who enjoys stepping into a family’s rhythm, bringing stability, and making a real impact.

Position Details

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 3:30pm until 8:00pm
• Some flexibility is needed to cover weekends, arrive early, or stay later on occasion

Start Date:

• ASAP – Please let me know when you can start this position when you apply

Term:

• Through November 2026
• Potential for extension depending on family needs and fit

Compensation & Benefits

• $35-$40 per hour (DOE)
• Guaranteed hours 25 hours guaranteed each week
• W2 Position
• Paid Sick Time (AZ compliant)
• Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays (if they fall on scheduled workdays)

What You’ll Be Doing

This role focuses on reliable childcare and day-to-day support, helping the family maintain a smooth, well-functioning routine. You will be required to sign an NDA to work with this family.

Responsibilities

Childcare

• Provide attentive, engaged care
• Maintain routines and structure throughout the afternoon and evening
• Plan age-appropriate activities, driving to and from activities
• Helping with school work planning, backpack upkeep, etc.

Pet Care:  There are two friendly cats in the home. Pet care is required, including feeding, watering, and cleaning litter boxes.

Household Support (Child-Focused)

• Tidying of all common spaces
• Family laundry and organization
• Family meals, preparing each day
• Keeping daily flow organized and manageable
• Loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping surfaces, sweeping floors
• Running errands, grocery shopping
• Helping where needed and being very proactive around the home
