The Nanny Joynt is excited to partner with a warm, fun-loving family in North Scottsdale seeking a part-time nanny to join their vibrant household. This family of five includes two active school-aged boys and a sweet new baby. They’re looking for an experienced, creative, and patient nanny who can step in with flexibility to support their family rhythm — offering quality infant care while creating space for connection with the older kids. This role is perfect for a career nanny who has a heart for family life, loves boys, and thrives in a household full of energy and laughter. You should enjoy spending time and working with mom regularly. Outings will be done with mom for the most part until a solid relationship is built.

About the Family:
Children:

  • Boy (8 years) – Energetic, fun, school-aged boy who loves attention and playtime with his parents.
  • Boy (6 years) – Equally spirited and active, enjoys time with his siblings and is adjusting to life with a new baby brother.
  • Boy (4 months) – The newest addition! Sweet and easygoing. Care will focus heavily on infant support so mom and dad can get things done or spend 1:1 time with the older boys.

Pets: Small hypoallergenic dog in the home, she’s so sweet and fun to be around.

Parents:

  • Mom is currently a stay-at-home parent and deeply involved in daily routines. You should be very comfortable working alongside mom each day.
  • Dad works from home and enjoys being present but needs focused support, especially during his work hours.
  • The family is loving, communicative, and highly engaged with their kids.
  • They previously employed a nanny and value caregivers who become part of the family.
