The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with this warm and organized family seeking an experienced, career-minded full-time nanny for their two daughters, ages 1.5 and 4 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a calm, confident caregiver who thrives with children who are close in age and is looking for a stable, long-term position in a beautiful North Phoenix neighborhood. Reliability is of utmost importance in this role. You must have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience that is verifiable to apply for this position. 

About the Family

Children:

• Girl, 4 months old: She is sweet, engaged, and such a wonderful baby.
• Girl, 1 year 4 months old: Active toddler, loves to be engaged with her caregiver.
• Both children are on a daily rhythm and spend their time in a child-friendly home designed with their safety and development in mind. There is a wonderful park close by their home so you will be able to take walks each day.  

Parents:

• Mom is a very busy professional who works full-time outside of the home (2 miles away)
• Dad works a mostly hybrid professional role from a dedicated home office
• The family has built their home with the nanny role in mind, with a spacious playroom and a safe, enclosed backyard.
• They prioritize kindness, collaboration, and mutual respect. They treat their nanny as part of the family and are looking for someone who brings reliability, warmth, and initiative to their home.

Position Details

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00am until 3pm
• Start date is flexible, ideally by very early January 2026 (willing to wait for the right candidate)

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate:  $28/hour DOE
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays
• Legal W2 employment
• Some overnights may be requested down the road

Responsibilities

Childcare Duties:

• Full care of both children, including planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities using The Nanny Joynt Curriculum
• Prioritizing screen-free play: outdoor time, reading, music, building, and hands-on exploration
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children
• Managing naps, bottle cleaning, and toddler transitions with structure and patience 

Household Support:

• Children’s laundry
• Maintaining tidy play and care spaces
• Keeping the kitchen and children’s areas clean and organized
• No deep cleaning or family errands required
