The Nanny Joynt is delighted to partner with a kind, grounded, and professional family in Scottsdale seeking an experienced, intuitive Household Manager to support their home, as well as care for their sweet 8-month-old baby boy when needed. This is a unique opportunity for a calm, proactive individual who loves creating a tidy home, enjoys making things run smoothly, and has a heart for nurturing care. You should be tech savvy and love helping with all sorts of projects. Your Role on the Care Team:
- Set the family and household up for success each morning, establishing order and arranging for the family’s needs.
- Provide infant care during the parents’ morning routine as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with the daytime nanny/household manager where appropriate to ensure smooth handoffs.
Pets: No pets in the home
Position Details:
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday – 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM – Guaranteed 25 hours
- Flexibility to stay later on occasion and provide fill-in care is appreciated
Hourly Rate: $28–$35/hour DOE
W2 with Guaranteed Hours

Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide nurturing care for baby boy during the morning routine if needed (depending on parents’ sleep/work/other constraints on any given morning)
- Maintain and follow the baby’s consistent and healthy schedule — family does have a daytime nanny/household manager who comes in at 10am each day
- Engage in early learning play and support age-appropriate milestones
- Communicate clearly with parents and observe the child’s development
Household Management:
- Take full ownership of the household during working hours
- Maintain a clean, peaceful, and efficient home environment
- Perform household upkeep and organization
- Prepare healthy meals for the family and prep meal components for later cooking where appropriate
- Create meal plans, find great new recipes, and bake
- Set appointments, research providers, comparison shop, etc., as needed
- Coordinate with daytime nanny/household manager as appropriate
- Wipe down furniture, dust, disinfect surfaces, and make sure the home is clean and orderly
- Unpack/pack luggage, plan gifts, wrap packages for shipping, etc.
- Manage family laundry – wash, fold/steam/iron as needed, and put away clothing and linens
- Manage household inventory and systems; create and maintain recipe files
- Shop and run errands as needed
- Keep the fridge and pantry organized and clean
- Help to prepare for parties and hosting — may involve some evening/weekend hours
- Manage various household projects, maintain a vendor list, and keep up on maintenance checklists
- Coordinate with contractors or service providers as needed
- Be flexible to help out with any household tasks as needed
