The Nanny Joynt is pleased to introduce you to a high-energy, fun-loving family who has recently relocated to Paradise Valley. They’re seeking an experienced, proactive, and confident nanny/household assistant to help care for their three boys — a lively 3-year-old and twin toddlers, age 16 months! The ideal candidate will be hands-on, flexible, and ready to dive into the joyful chaos of toddlerhood with patience, positivity, and a team spirit. This role is perfect for someone who loves being active, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has solid experience working with multiples.

Requirements to apply for this position:

• Solid experience working with multiple children around the same age
• You must be flexible with the schedule, as they may need you sometimes in the morning hours or in the afternoon hours. There will be an opportunity to have a set schedule once the family has their routine in place.
• You must be proactive and helpful with daily household tasks 
• Discretion is a top priority; you will sign an NDA to work with this family
• Being proactive and seeing what needs to be done, and helping out
• No screens, no phones, no iPads, no TV, etc. while working

About the Family:
Children:

• 3-year-old son: Fun, busy, and on the move! He’s independent but still loves engagement and attention.
• 1-year-old twin boys: Curious, mobile, and full of energy. The twins are in a great routine and benefit from structure, consistency, and thoughtful developmental engagement.

Parents:

• Dad works mainly outside of the home and needs to travel often
• Mom is very involved in the home and is looking for a true partner — someone who can tag-team with her or take full charge when needed.
• The family is used to having help, but with new transitions and schedules, they’re ready to welcome a professional, reliable, and easygoing nanny into their home.

Position Details:

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule (at least 25–30 hours/week guaranteed, with potential for more or less hours)

• • Family is open to shaping the exact schedule based on the candidate’s availability
  • Hours will be in the timeframe of 10am and 6pm normally
  • Candidates must be flexible and able to adjust weekly based on travel and children’s needs
  • Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be needed and are appreciated

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $35/hour DOE
• Guaranteed Hours 25-30
• W2 Position
• Paid Sick Days, Paid Vacation after 6 months, Paid Holidays
• Potential for travel, so their new nanny should be open to travel and/or overnights

Travel Required:

• The family may travel for several weeks over the summer (likely Colorado or other destinations) and would love for the nanny to join them
• Travel is not required, but preferred if the fit is right

Overnights:

• Possible depending on travel schedule and needs, with advance notice

Responsibilities:

Childcare Duties:

• Full care of all three children when on duty (solo and shared with mom)
• Feeding, diapering, potty training support, nap routines
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate play for toddlers and preschooler
• Accompany family on outings (zoo, park, aquarium, etc.)
• Support child transitions, mealtimes, and bed/bath routines when needed
• Keep all child-related areas clean and organized
• Monitor inventory of child supplies (diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.) 

Household Support:

• Tidy up kitchen, playroom, common areas during and after use
• Load/unload dishwasher, wipe down counters, keep home clean and functional
• Kids’ laundry: wash, fold, and put away
• Prep and serve healthy meals/snacks for children
• Assist with errands, unpacking deliveries, and organizing
• Help with occasional meal prep for the family if time allows

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with multiples and toddlers
• Energetic, active, and physically able to keep up with busy kids
• Team player who can both take charge independently and work collaboratively with mom
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Strong communicator and confident in routines, boundaries, and structure
• Comfortable around professional families and can maintain discretion
• Respectful of family routines, values, and privacy (NDA required)
