Family Summary:

A family of four is looking for a motivated and organized Home Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our household. This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves creating order, enjoys meal preparation, and thrives in a supportive, well-balanced environment.

Role Overview:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible based on needs)

• Position Type: Full-time or part-time options available

• $30-$35 per hour DOE

• Location: Northeast Scottsdale

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning & Cooking:

  • Prepare breakfast and lunch 5 days a week

  • Plan and cook, wholesome meals for the family

• Home Organization & Upkeep:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment

  • Monitor household supplies and restock when necessary

• Cleaning & Laundry Care:

  • Allocate one day per week to manage laundry and freshen linens

  • Dedicate another day to light cleaning and general tidying

• Household Operations:

  • Follow a structured task checklist to ensure the household runs efficiently

  • Manage duties independently with minimal supervision
