The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with this wonderful family in Buckeye!

This family is seeking a trustworthy, engaging, and reliable part-time nanny to care for their two delightful daughters, ages 4.5 and almost 2, as their mother’s work schedule increases and she spends more time at the office. Both parents work full-time outside the home, and this will be their first experience welcoming a nanny into their home. They are excited and hopeful to find someone who will quickly become part of their team.

The ideal candidate for this role is gentle, patient, playful, and proactive, someone who truly enjoys spending time with children, listens well, and can help their daughters navigate big emotions with kindness. The family would love to find someone who creates a safe, loving, and developmentally supportive environment and is also happy to help keep things tidy around the home while caring for the children. Their oldest daughter is almost 5 years old and is a bright and curious child who thrives on imaginative play. She loves being creative, playing games, and exploring her world. She is expected to begin school in Fall 2026 and benefits from a caregiver who listens attentively, engages thoughtfully, and encourages her curiosity. Her younger sister, who is almost 2, is a sweet and active toddler currently in the exploratory stage. She needs support with basic care such as diapering, feeding, naps, and play, and responds especially well to a calm, steady, and loving caregiver.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays: 8:00am until 4:30pm (8.5 hour days)
  • Fridays: 8:00am until 12:30pm (4.5 hour day)
There may occasionally be a need for a weekend shift or additional hours, but those would always be communicated in advance.
  • Total Weekly Hours: 30 guaranteed hours
  • Compensation: $30–$32/hour DOE, paid vacation, paid sick time and paid holidays
  • Term: 12 months to start, ideally long-term
  • Driving Required: Yes, as needed – mileage will be reimbursed
