The Nanny Joynt is excited to share this amazing opportunity with a wonderful family and their newborn son.  They are seeking someone part time or full time with a flexible schedule and a sense of adventure. Their son is just about 12 weeks old currently and they plan to add to their family next year!

This position does require extensive travel to their home in Newport Beach, California where you would have your own private room!!! The family spends their Summers in Newport and would love their new nanny to be open to spending May – September there. They are also in the process of selling their current home in N. Scottsdale and building a new home in Arcadia. Once the N. Scottsdale home sells they will be living in Newport, CA while their new home is being built which can take up to 2 years. 

Mom is a stay at home Mom, so she is seeking a nanny who is a team player and who will work well alongside her or independently. A nanny who is easy going, adaptable and confident is needed  

The schedule for this position can be:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00pm until 5:00pm
• Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am until 3:00pm
• Every Saturday from 5:00pm until 10:00pm
• Family would be open to guarantee 40 hours each week for a nanny who is willing to travel with them extensively

This position is offering $20 to $25 per hour with guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and mileage reimbursement.  

This sweet family is looking for a nanny who will be loving, attentive, hands-on, creative, calm, patient, organized, self driven & motivated.  The ideal nanny for this family is someone who is experienced with and loves babies, is passionate about children and her career in the childcare field, nurturing and adaptable. Their perfect nanny enjoys helping their little one reach his developmental milestones and actively engages the baby throughout the day. They would love to find a nanny who is bilingual, however, this is not a requirement for this position.

Child related duties will include overall care of baby including but not limited to: feeding, diapering, facilitating a healthy sleep/nap schedule, helping baby hit each developmental milestone, playing/reading, walks etc. Researching and scheduling age appropriate outings and activities as needed.

Household responsibilities will include cleaning up after self and baby, washing all bottles, baby food prep, errands, maintaining the nursery and ensuring baby items are stocked and organized. Load/unload dishwasher, light family meal prep. Mainly baby related tasks. This family does employ a housekeeper who comes 1 time each week for deep cleaning.

This family would like for their new nanny to have strong experience in childcare, infants and toddlers, education, sensory experience, reading and someone who is passionate childhood development. Their nanny should take safety seriously and be happy and patient with their child. A nanny who is flexible and doesn’t mind schedule changes is needed for this family. Someone who can go with the flow so to speak as this family has a lot of things in motion.
