This is a beautiful opportunity for a confident, kind-hearted NCS who thrives on connection, education, and building trust with first-time parents.

- Baby Girl: Born last week and doing well! Parents are adjusting beautifully and want to establish healthy, respectful routines from the start.
- Parents: Thoughtful and kind first-time parents who value communication, presence, and a team-based mindset. Mom is breastfeeding and eager to learn from an experienced professional.
- Household:
- One adult son (24) living at home – he enjoys helping out
- Grandma (maternal) is currently staying to offer support
- Two sweet and well-trained French Bulldogs (pet-friendly NCS required)
- Respectful, spiritual family — united by their shared values of kindness, trust, and positivity
Position Details:
Schedule:
- Monday through Sunday: 9:00pm – 7:00am – 10 hours shifts
- Flexible to reduce frequency as the baby grows and develops
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hour DOE
- Contract Length: 6-8 weeks
- Comfortable and supportive overnight environment

Responsibilities:
- Full overnight newborn care: feeding, burping, diapering, and settling baby
- Bringing the baby to Mom for breastfeeding, supporting latch, and soothing the baby back to sleep
- Light overnight tasks as time allows:
- Washing bottles
- Sanitizing and restocking supplies
- Baby laundry
- Monitoring sleep cues, wake windows, and supporting healthy routines
- Educating parents with a gentle, respectful tone—answering questions, offering guidance, and encouraging confidence
- Respecting and aligning with the family’s kind parenting style

- Experienced Newborn Care Specialist with strong overnight experience
- Confidently able to support breastfeeding and coach mom through nighttime feeds
- Naturally warm, grounded, and calm—brings great energy into the home

- Pet-friendly and comfortable in a home with two small dogs
- Flexible with schedule as baby’s needs evolve
