Family Summary:

The Nanny Joynt is so excited to partner with wonderful, hard-working, loving parents seeking an experienced and flexible nanny to help them care for their family.  Most days, their nanny will only be responsible for their youngest child who is 3.5 months old.  He is a very sweet little guy who is bottle and breastfed currently.  This family also has 50/50 custody of their 3 other children who typically will be in the household from Thursday evening until Monday.  They have a 9-year-old boy who is in 4th grade and is very funny and sweet.  They also have a 9-year-old daughter who is in the 4th grade and eager to please. She loves being the mini mom of the family!  Their 8-year-old son is brilliant and funny.  Although their new nanny’s primary role will be with the infant, they would love their nanny to be active with all of the children when they are all in the home. The ideal candidate for this position will be laid back, flexible, fun, and authentic. You should love getting to know people, be experienced, and be someone who would be a good influence/role model for the older kids. Being open-minded is a must for this family, as their 3 older children have two moms at their other home and the family wants their nanny to be understanding and comfortable with this. They have a wonderful co-parenting relationship and get along well. Both parents are busy professionals with relatively demanding jobs, so they will be out of the way most of the day while working at home due to COVID. They are also flexible and available to help whenever needed. They genuinely value the contribution of a nanny and what you can bring to their lives and the lives of their children!
