We are working with a wonderful Scottsdale family seeking a full-time, rotational, and highly experienced nanny to support their three young children in a long-term capacity.
Requirements to apply for this position:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience with some household assistant duties
- Recent experience with infants and multiple children
- Familiarity with rotational or extended-hour scheduling
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Vaccinated (TDaP, Flu, and MMR)
- Comfortable with pets (cat in the home), no pet care needed
- Strong communicator, proactive, and confident working independently
- Reliable transportation for commuting
About the Family:
Children:
- Girl (5): Curious, playful, attends school during the day.
- Boy (3): Active, sweet, attends preschool each day.
- Boy (3 months): Newest addition, home during the day and in need of infant care.
Parents:
- Mom works a rotating work schedule and knows her shifts 3 months in advance. Dad works full-time during the week in his home office and is also home occasionally on weekends but needs additional support.
- They value experience, safety, and long-term commitment.
- The family has one friendly cat in the home – no pet care needed
Position Details:
Schedule:
- Rotational 8 days on and 6 days off structure aligned with mom’s schedule
- Weekdays: 8:00am – 3:30pm (infant care), 3:30pm – 5:00pm (care for all three children)
- Weekends during working rotation: 9:00am – 3:00pm (all three children)
- Hours: 66 hours over the 8 days with overtime
- Driving: No driving the children will be needed at this time until a solid relationship and trust is established.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Rate: $4500/$5000 per month – Annually $54/$60,000 (includes overtime)

- W-2 Position
- Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays
Travel Required: Occasional requests if the nanny is available
Overnights: Occasionally, upon request with notice
Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Sole care for the infant during daytime hours
- Transition to care for three children after school hours and weekends
- Bottle prep, feeding, diapering, and nap schedule support
- Tracking milestones and engaging in developmental play
- Managing school transitions and after-school decompression
- Planning fun after-school activities to engage the older children
Household Support:
- Tidy and organize common areas
- Wash bottles, dishwasher management, wipe counters, take out trash
- The ability to see what needs to be done
- Children’s laundry
- Household organization (toys, play areas)
- Nutritious meal prep for children and family, if needed
- Making sure daily items are stocked and available, and letting parents know when things need to be replenished
