The Nanny Joynt is delighted to partner with a loving, active Phoenix-based family seeking a full-time, career nanny to join their household and care for their three children. Your main responsibility will be with their new baby girl. This family already employs a long-term full-time nanny and weekend support who were placed by The Nanny Joynt, so their ideal new hire will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, supportive household. With a new baby girl who arrived in January 2026, this role offers the opportunity to grow with a family that values professionalism, effective communication, and joyful caregiving.

About the Family:

• Children:
• Boy, age 4 – Active, outdoorsy, kind, and loving
• Girl, age 2 – Adorable, sweet, and very engaging
• Baby Girl – Born January 2026
• Parents: Both busy professionals who will be in and out of the home each day

Pets: One small dog (no pet care required)

This is a team-minded household where nannies are treated with respect and truly considered part of the family.

Position Details:

Schedule 55 hours guaranteed each week with GUARANTEED overtime pay each week:

• • Monday through Friday 7am until 6pm 
  • Occasional Saturday support shared with co-nanny and weekend nanny
  • Flexibility needed for occasional travel or special events

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour DOE
• Average yearly income of: $98,000 to $110,000
• W2 Position with Guaranteed Hours, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time
• Mileage Reimbursement if using your own car

Responsibilities:

Childcare Duties:

• Full care of children (rotating depending on co-nanny and parents’ availability), main care for the baby
• Developmental play, educational activities, reading, music, and outdoor time
• Support all developmental milestones and transitions
• Some driving to/from school and activities (family will provide car seats for the nanny’s vehicle if needed)
• Bottle prep, diapering, feeding, and maintaining routines

Household Support:

• General tidying throughout the day (children’s areas and common spaces)
• Children’s laundry; occasional family laundry support
• Vacuuming/sweeping after meals and play
• Dishes, counter wipe-down, meal prep assistance, and grocery errands
• Keeping toys and supplies organized and rotated
• Coordinate and schedule vendors/contractors if needed
• Supporting the household to run smoothly in collaboration with the co-nanny and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Recent verifiable infant care experience is required
• Professional, trustworthy, and confident in managing the care of multiple children
• Highly flexible, reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term growth with the family
• Warm, patient, and genuinely joyful in their work with children
• Takes initiative and is proactive in keeping routines and household tasks moving
• Experienced with verifiable infant care and early childhood development
• Comfortable working alongside another full-time nanny and open to collaboration
• Excellent communicator with parents; comfortable with weekly check-ins
• Discreet, respectful of boundaries, and tech-conscious (no excessive phone/screen use)
• Must be a strong swimmer and comfortable with occasional travel and overnights

Travel & Overnights:

• Travel may be requested throughout the year
• Overnight care may be required occasionally
