The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to represent a warm, dynamic Chandler family seeking a professional and proactive full-time nanny and household manager. With three children, including a brand-new baby and two energetic school-aged boys who are with the family 50% of the time, this household thrives on flexibility, fun, and organization. Their new nanny is required to have recent infant care experience and really love caring for their son.

This role is ideal for a seasoned nanny who is upbeat, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys supporting both young children and a busy family life filled with activities, travel, and community involvement. The family is excited to welcome a nurturing, confident individual who can step into a long-term position and truly become part of their home.

About the Family:

Children:
Infant boy: A sweet infant who is adjusting beautifully to family life.
Boy 11.5 years old: Smart, social, and full of energy.
Boy almost 9: Curious and active, enjoys engaging play and structure.
The older boys are with the family every Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend.

Parents: A warm and thoughtful couple with flexible work schedules. Mom works from a home office and meets with clients throughout the week. Dad works nearby. They are actively involved in their community and social lives and deeply value the extra support of a reliable and caring nanny.

Pets: Yes, gentle Great Dane in the home. Some pet care and dog sitting will be needed at times. 

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am until 4pm with the flexibility to arrive early or stay later if needed (guaranteed 40 hours)
The family will require flexibility with hours to accommodate date nights, weekends and travel support as needed.

Travel Required: Yes — nanny should be comfortable traveling with the family and/or caring for children and pet while parents travel for events or trips.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $28–$32 DOE and Qualifications
Guaranteed Hours, W2 Position, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays

Responsibilities:

Childcare Duties:

• Primary care for infant, including feeding, naps, diapering, and age-appropriate developmental play
• Maintaining schedules
• Making healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Being active with the children, planning age-appropriate activities
• School and activity support for older boys on their scheduled days
• Driving to school, sports, and extracurriculars as needed
• Full-day care on days when school is closed or children are home sick
• Supporting transitions when all three boys are home
• Children’s laundry 
• Keeping all child-related areas clean and tidy 

Household Support:

• Errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up
• Household organization and tidying
• Family laundry and maintaining clean household areas
• Calendar coordination and support for family scheduling
• Helping prepare for and manage travel logistics
• General home and family support to keep things running smoothly
• Taking initiative to help where needed
