The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with a kind, communicative, and loving family in Gilbert seeking a full-time, highly attentive, and developmentally knowledgeable nanny to care primarily for their sweet and strong 2-month-old baby girl. This family has three children (ages 2 months, almost 3, and almost 5), and they are seeking a compassionate, proactive nanny who values education, family connection, and healthy routines.

This wonderful family is looking for someone who is invested in the developmental needs of infants and young children, is comfortable participating in physical therapy routines for their baby, and can confidently manage care for all three children on occasions when the older two are home from school.

About the Family:

  • Baby girl (2 months old): Born March 31, 2025, after fetal surgery to help correct her spina bifida at 25 weeks. She spent 6 days in the NICU and is currently doing great! She has a strong personality, is determined, and already knows what she likes. She receives physical therapy and requires a nanny who will be hands-on with her therapy exercises and tummy time (30 minutes a day in 5–8 minute increments). She also has reflux and takes time to settle after feeding.
  • Almost 5-Year-Old Boy: Sweet, helpful big brother who loves books, Legos, crafting, cooking, and cuddling. He is outdoorsy, affectionate, and currently attends Montessori full-time.
  • Almost 3-Year-Old Boy: A cuddly little guy who loves blocks, trains, and swinging at the playground. He is working on potty training and thrives with a present, engaged caregiver.
  • Parents: Married since 2018, this warm and loving couple values Christian principles, quality family time, education, and kindness. Mom works from home full-time and travels to Wisconsin several times each year for a week each time. Dad works full-time in downtown Phoenix. They prioritize respect, communication, structure, and nurturing development in their home.
