I had a great experience with the Nanny Joynt. The thing that stood out to me the most was how well they listened and how many questions Trisha asked. This really made me feel (know) that she genuinely cares and is looking for a fit for OUR family. Communication is everything and when it comes to making such a critical decision as choosing someone to be responsible for the well-being of your children, you want someone who "gets" it and takes the time to really understand what you want. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!
