The Nanny Joynt is excited to partner again with a warm, vibrant family in Phoenix seeking a nurturing and skilled full-time nanny to care for their sweet 6-month-old boy/girl twins and active toddler daughter. This family is kind, communicative, and values open collaboration. They are looking for someone experienced, dependable, and confident who will become a seamless part of their home and support their children’s growth and development through thoughtful, intentional care. Their current nanny is leaving due to health reasons, and this family would love to find another exceptional nanny to fill her spot.

This family prioritizes quality time together and seeks out new experiences as a unit. They’re active, hands-on parents with full professional lives and deeply value trust, respect, and communication with their nanny. One parent works from home but trusts the nanny to take the lead in caregiving throughout the day. They are thoughtful, supportive, and want their nanny to feel like an appreciated and integral part of the family team.

About the Children:

6-Month-Old Twins (Boy & Girl):
These two happy little ones are thriving and full of smiles! They’re rapidly approaching the crawling stage and love interacting with those around them. They need a nanny who can support their developmental milestones with warmth and patience.

2-Year-Old Daughter:
She’s energetic, curious, and highly expressive. She enjoys gym activities, swimming, imaginative play, obstacle courses in the home, and playdates with neighborhood friends. She attends school full days on Mondays and Wednesdays, so the nanny will mostly care for the twins on those days.

Family Dog:
A sweet 4-year-old Mini Bernedoodle. She’s hypoallergenic, gentle, and loves being around the kids.

Schedule: 

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 8:30AM – 4:30PM  – 32 hours guaranteed each week. 
• Compensation: $28 – $30/hour DOE
• Guaranteed Hours + Paid Vacation + Paid Holidays + Paid Sick Days

Nanny Responsibilities:

Childcare Duties:

• Provide attentive, loving care for all three children, focusing primarily on the twins during the toddler’s school days
• Support developmental milestones with age-appropriate play, activities, and routines
• Engage the toddler in enriching, creative play at home
• Manage feedings, diapering, nap schedules, and bottle sterilization for the twins
• Support the children with sensitivity and encouragement
• Drive the toddler to nearby classes or playdates as needed
• Foster consistency, kind communication, and a positive, structured environment
• Incorporate The Nanny Joynt Curriculum to promote daily learning and exploration

Household Duties:

• Children’s laundry
• Meal and snack preparation 
• Clean bottles and maintain the general cleanliness of play and eating areas
• Load dishwasher and tidy kitchen surfaces
• Light pet care (letting dog in/out, checking food/water)

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience caring for children under 2, with bonus points for twin experience
• Confident, patient, and creative with multiple young children
• Trustworthy and aligned with a respectful, loving parenting approach
• Strong communicator, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable with a work-from-home parent nearby
• CPR certified
• TDAP and Flu vaccines are required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
