A dynamic and busy family in Phoenix is seeking a highly proactive and organized nanny to provide exceptional care for their children while managing household tasks. The family consists of five children (ages 16, 13, 13, 8, and 1). All of the children are very active and are involved in sports and extracurricular activities each day. The nanny’s primary focus will be on their youngest child during the day while also assisting with school pickups and after-school routines for the older kids.
This family values structure, organization, and a proactive approach. They need a nanny who is highly engaged, adaptable, and comfortable with a busy, sports-oriented household. The ideal candidate will be proactive in recognizing household needs, maintaining schedules, and ensuring a structured but fun environment. They require a nanny who is highly experienced and able to jump in and help where needed with a heart to serve and a fun personality.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Guaranteed: 40 hours per week and overtime is likely
- Occasional weekends and flexibility for early starts or late stays
- Hourly Rate: $32-$35 per hour DOE
- Guaranteed hours, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Optional health insurance & 401K (after a waiting period)
- Use of family vehicle for work-related tasks, they have a large SUV that you will need to be comfortable and safe driving
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care for children, primarily the 1-year-old during the day
- Foster engaging, creative, and educational activities
- Manage school pick-ups and after-school routines
- Homework assistance and encouraging independence
- Meal preparation and ensuring healthy snack choices
- Household duties: laundry, tidying common areas, organizing, and ensuring children participate in household tasks
- Pet care for two Labradors (feeding, medication for one dog, and occasional vet visits)
- Travel with the family as needed (passport required)
- Possible overnight stays for pet and house-sitting when the family is away
Requirements:
- Experienced, proactive, and reliable nanny, being there each day and on time is a must!
- Comfortable with managing multiple children and a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate household needs
- Must be comfortable with pet care
- Must be able to swim and supervise children in the pool
- Valid passport for potential international travel
