This family is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized nanny to provide exceptional care for their 2-year-old son starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy household, excellent communication skills, and a love for creative play and education.

About Their Son:
This wonderful 2-year-old boy is super outgoing, very playful, and smart. He loves running, jumping, playing outside, and being in the water. He enjoys library classes, parks, and active outdoor adventures. He thrives on a schedule for meals and naps but is flexible and fun-loving.

Family Dynamics:

• Both parents work from home full-time in separate offices.
• One parent will always be home, even when the other is traveling for work.
• The family values open communication and wants the nanny to feel comfortable coming to them with any questions.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed weekly)
  • Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed
• Hourly Rate: $28-$32/hour DOE
• Benefits: Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Holidays

Childcare Responsibilities:

• Planning educational activities and fun outings – Using Nanny Joynt Curriculum
• Supporting milestones and encouraging development
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Managing the child’s laundry and all childcare-related tasks
• Ensuring the child is engaged, safe, and having fun

Household Duties:

• Loading/unloading the dishwasher
• Wiping counters and keeping the house tidy and organized
• Cleaning up after yourself and the child
• Assisting wherever needed to support the family

Additional Details:

• The family provides a car for the nanny to use during work hours.
• Pool: The family has a pool and expects their nanny to be a strong swimmer who enjoys swimming with their son when the weather permits.
• No travel or overnights will be required for this role.
