After much research, I chose The Nanny Joynt to assist me in finding a new nanny family. Trisha does a home meeting with her families in order to get the best understanding of their wants and needs, their home life environment, and their personality. This serves as a huge help when she is helping assist in finding the perfect nanny for that family.
