An Amazing New Part Time Household Assistant/Nanny Position

Cross Streets: Jomax and Tatum/Cave Creek

Start Date: ASAP

Ref Code: TNJPT431

Family Summary:

The Nanny Joynt is so happy to be partnering with this wonderful loving family seeking a very part time household assistant/nanny. This could be a great opportunity for a candidate seeking supplemental work.  Someone who is very proactive, intuitive and can help them manage their daily lives around their home! This family has two boys who are 1 and 3 years old. This family does have pets, a dog and two cats so their household manager should be very pet friendly. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self starter, someone really warm and proactive.  Reliability is very important, so someone who is on time and can really help out with needed tasks. Their household assistant needs to be comfortable working as a team, Mom and Dad will be home while their assistant is working each day. They would love to find an active, reliable household assistant who has experience in this role. Generally on weeknights you would start at 4:30pm, prep/cook dinner, (family would welcome you to join them for dinner), then dishes, laundry (as needed), and general clean up while they put the kids to bed, maybe walk the dog (not required, but would be nice from time to time). Occasionally pick up groceries (curbside pickup) or other light errands depending on timing and need. Occasional childcare after bedtime so parents can go out once and a while would be ideal.

Weekends would be fairly flexible depending on needs, but usually include general house pick up, dishes, laundry, sometimes childcare so parents can go out to get things done. Maybe some quick errands, but not often.

This position is offering $30 – $35 per hour with guaranteed hours

Nannies, this is a fun, respectful, and understanding household with a great sense of humor (but beware, Dad tells very corny dad-jokes) with kids who are really good natured and fun to play with. They will work with you to accommodate vacations/time off, and which days will be worked week-to-week. Both mom and dad work from home, so they will typically be around if you need them for something. They will (of course) fully pay for any activity costs (for example, Children’s museum entrance fees, etc), and you will usually be able to use their minivan for transporting the kids if needed.
