Experienced, Professional, Full Time Nanny/Household Manager for an Amazing Family

The Nanny Joynt is very happy to be working with this active and fun family to help them find an amazing full-time and professional nanny for their twin boys and their new baby boy who was born in November! The twins are almost 4 years old and attend preschool full time from 9:00am until 4:00pm each day. Both boys are very active and love golf, swinging and basketball. Both boys are very sweet and love to play. Their little brother who is almost 2 months old is just adorable.  He loves to eat and is on a great schedule. As their new nanny, your main focus will be on their infant, however, you should be comfortable taking care of all three children during school breaks.  \

This family is seeking a very reliable, patient and confident nanny to join their family on a long-term basis! A nanny who will take initiative and is confident in their role is important. You should have a great work ethic, be honest and caring ~ a nanny who really LOVES her job and takes pride in her career caring for children!  Both parents are very busy and work outside of the home. Their new nanny should be someone who will take the initiative to be active and engaging with the children every day. A nanny who is experienced with the education and development of their children is ideal.  Both parents are excellent communicators and require a nanny who is open to transparent communication and weekly meetings. Their nanny should always have a positive outlook and really enjoy spending time with their sweet boys!

This role will also involve household management. Their ideal nanny is someone who thrives on keeping a home running smoothly and organized.

This position is offering $25 – $30+ per hour DOE, with guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and use of the family car and home gym.

• 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Childcare-related duties include but not limited to:

• All comprehensive childcare for the children each day
• Helping the children meet developmental milestones, education, reading, singing
• Feeding, maintaining a solid schedule, development activities, diapering, bathing etc.
• Driving twins to and from preschool as needed  
• Activities as baby gets older getting him outdoors on walks, visiting parks
• Maintaining organization and making sure things the children need are taken care of

Household responsibilities will include:

• General clean up – making all beds
• Washing the sheets once per week
• Vacuum common areas
• Assisting in keeping the home running smoothly
• Dishes, wiping counters, floor clean up after meals, wiping down high chair
• Family Laundry
• Grocery store and errands
• Family meal prep – super flexible and simple
• The family employs a housecleaner every other week
• Helping out where needed when time allows
• Children and their care are always top priority. This family is very reasonable and flexible

Considerations:

• COVID19- Covid Vaccine is NOT required
• Pets: Moe and Harper both indoor poodle mixes. Some pet care will be needed: Making sure the food water bowl is filled, letting them in and out, and pet sitting if the family is traveling.
• Swimming with the children, this family does have a pool at their home.
• This family does travel 4 to 6 weeks each year and would like their nanny to be flexible to travel with them or be able to stay overnight with the children while the parents travel. Family travels to CA and MI in the summer months.
• Overnights may be requested at different times during the year.

Requirements:

• Experienced, professional, great communication skills
• Reliable and very punctual, consistent 
• Experienced with early childhood education and development
• Limited screen time, and phone use while with the boys

They are a dynamic, fun, loving and warm family who have three wonderful children. They enjoy having fun together as a family whether it be local activities or travel. They also believe their nanny is a very important part of their family. Their previous nanny was with them for almost 4 years and is only leaving their family as she is moving out of state to live near her daughter. Their most important priority is to have a positive and happy home for their children.
