Family Summary:

The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with this incredibly loving UHNW family expecting twins early January 2022. They are searching for two incredible and highly experienced NCS’ to work as a rotating team to provide 24/7 care for the first 6 months. Children will be born in CA and they will then travel with their family to their primary residence in Scottsdale, AZ.

The ideal NCS candidates will be flexible, confident, and have extensive experience working as an NCS. Ideally, you should have several years of experience working with multiples and have experience traveling and working with high-profile families. These parents are such amazing people, they are passionate, dedicated and looking for the best care for their new babies. They treat their employees and team like gold!

The NCS’s who are hired for this position should understand this is a 24 hour and 7-day week position. Housing can be provided when the NCS is “off” if NCS is not local to AZ. There is a preference for AZ locals but this is not a requirement.   These parents are excited to welcome their babies into their lives and can’t wait to find two amazing newborn care specialists to help them on this journey. It is important for you to be someone who is knowledgeable about newborn care and development with a strong ability to professionally articulate what is best for the babies. It is imperative that the NCS working with this family be up to date on all current practices for newborn care. You should be collaborative and able to guide these parents while also knowing when to let the parents lead.

The schedule will most likely be:

  • 7 days on/7 days off. Live-In Accommodations can be provided for the duration of the assignment. Working days will be 20 hours with 4 hours rest.

  • Must be flexible and able to travel as family has multiple residences. International travel may be required as well

  • Rate is OPEN – depending on experience and fit

  • The position is interviewing and hiring ASAP

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Childcare Related Responsibilities:

  • All newborn care (feeding, diapering, naptimes, etc.)

  • Manage nighttime care for the babies

  • Prepare bottles and ensure all bottles are sanitized and ready for next feedings

  • Create a stimulating environment for the babies when awake

  • Work to help the babies transition to a routine/schedule

  • Maintain a thorough log of infant feeding and sleep patterns

  • Provide comfort to agitated babies employing specific infant handling strategies and  procedures such as soothing

  • Organization & Maintenance of Nursery

  • Responsible for housekeeping duties relating to the children (e.g., washing dishes after  meals, tidying playroom and bedroom, assistance with child’s laundry, packing for trips,  etc.)

  • Responsible for general hygiene of children

  • Responsible for organizational projects relating to children (e.g., taking toys and clothing  to donation, rotating clothes seasonally, rotating books and toys quarterly or bi-annually, etc.)

  • Prepare and pack for all children travel needs, including but not limited to packing all  necessary items (i.e. diapers, bottles, wipes, clothes, bath soap, etc.) and travel diaper  bag/books/etc.

  • Diligent team player and willing to work collaboratively with Principals

  • Maintain strict confidentiality about all aspects of the Family

  • Encourage social interaction and teach infants to be friendly and expressive


  • Experienced with infants, NCS training required ideally Newborn Care Solutions Elite NCS™️ and Master NCS®️ level. Background in nursing would be a huge bonus!!!
