They are an easygoing family that values a nanny in their home. Dad works both from home and the office, while Mom, a stay-at-home parent, will be in and out throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside Mom and adaptable to the family’s relaxed routine. This family prioritizes outdoor play and healthy living, with a focus on clean eating and avoiding processed foods and sugar. The family is seeking a nanny who is:

• Well-educated on developmental milestones.
• Values a clean, healthy environment both in the home and when making meals.
• Creative, fun, and enthusiastic about spending time with their boys each day.
• Experienced working as a nanny in a home setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm.
• Flexibility may be needed to stay later on occasion.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30 per hour.
• Guaranteed hours.

Childcare Duties:

• All childcare-related tasks.
• Preparing healthy clean meals and snacks.
• Cleaning up after the children and organizing their belongings.
• Children’s laundry.
• Planning engaging activities that promote developmental milestones.
• Implementing The Nanny Joynt curriculum weekly.

Household Duties:

• Cleaning up child areas.
• Wiping down counters.
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
• Organizing household items.
• Running errands as needed.
• Assisting with meal prep.
• Identifying tasks that need attention and helping proactively.

Pet Care:
This family has one older dog. Duties include:

• Feeding and giving water if needed.
• Letting the dog in and out throughout the day.
• Some pet sitting may be requested at times.

Travel and Overnight Stays:

• Occasional travel with the family may be needed.
• Some overnight care may also be needed at different times during the year.
