Representation Process

How to apply Its simply! Just follow the steps below

  1. Check to make ensure you meet our minimum requirements.
  2. Submit your professional childcare resume to info@nannyjoynt.com. Resume must showcase current experience in the field you are applying for. If you need assistance completing a professional childcare resume please email us as we are happy to help!
  3. Fill out our online application – Please be as descriptive and thorough as possible. The more information we have the better. Please note we process and receive dozens of applications per week and get back with our applicants as quickly as possible. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  4. Once you submit the application you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please call our office at (480)788-1795.
  5. Review our current positions HERE and email us with reference codes of positions you are interested in applying for and why you think you would be a good fit.
  6. At this point our team will contact all of your references. Please contact your references to let them know someone from The Nanny Joynt will be calling. This helps expedite the process!
  7. If we feel you meet all of our specified requirements you will be contacted by one of our team members to set up an in person interview.
  8. Please bring anything you believe will help us get to know you as a domestic professional including a professional resume, letters of recommendation, any certifications you posses.
  9. Once you have been selected to be represented by The Nanny Joynt your profile will be sent out to potential employers who match your needs.
  10. If an employer and candidate have mutual interest a interview will be set up
  11. If it is a mutual agreement that it is a good match a working interview will be set up.
  12. If a position is offered to you, you must inform The Nanny Joynt within 24 hours. We will assist you and your new employer with a detailed Nanny/Family work agreement.
